Ryten is one of the most famous peaks in Lofoten and you have probably seen pictures of people “hanging” on the edge of Ryten, or perhaps the amazing beach Kvalvika below. From the parkinglot near Kvalvika the hike is marked well all the way to the summit.
This hike is quite popular and during high season can be quite crowded. Please follow the trail to avoid wear and tear on the terrain. You can take a detour from the trail to the beach either before or after you have reached the top – the view from both locations is amazing!
